Villa Madina - Kanata

I ordered the chicken skewer plate through SkipTheDishes, but unfortunately, it arrived cold and was missing an extra skewer and the falafel side. The chicken was burnt and overly salty. While I did receive a credit through SkipTheDishes, I won’t be using their service again. Additionally, the restaurant's phone number doesn’t work and doesn’t accept incoming calls. The total came to $45, including delivery.

The classic poutine doesn't resemble authentic poutine at all, and the beef in the shawarma sandwich is quite dry.

I had dinner at this restaurant in Tanger Mall, Ottawa, Ontario, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The food was expertly prepared, and the customer service was outstanding.

I have tried chicken shawarma with rice and it's a bit dry but once you add a tahini sauce there, it's really good. Service 5 Food 5 Price 3 Value for money 4 Would I visit again? Probably yes.

If there is a Zero or less I will give it to VILLA MADINA (Hassan) , *Worst shawerma ever, *the food is dry and too much salt. *Worst experience, *Worst customer service, *Did not give me a receipt even when I requested for a one he gave me a notofficial receipt, then I insisted for an official one he got mad and not polite.
