Mybistro - Kanata

Please update your business information. It takes seconds to put you are temporarily closed on Google. It?s been twice now I took time out of work to drive over but the bistro was closed. Will never try again.

The pork belly Bao buns on the menu today are so good! Service is always lovely, and atmosphere is wonderful! Always recommend!

I left a voicemail on the number on their website and nobody ever got back to me, so I'm leaving a Google review. I don't know if this is standard, as I don't work in the building and just popped in on my lunch break to try them out, but nobody was wearing a mask...not the people preparing my salad, not the cashier, not even the person at the main welcome desk. The only people wearing masks were a couple of guests. I know I should have probably said something at the time, but I was too stunned and nervous to do so (I'm working on it). It's a shame, as the salad was excellent, but the whole experience left me feeling really weird. Maybe it's an office cafe that caters mostly to the people who work in that building, and maybe they're all vaccinated and I'm just being paranoid, but they are open to the public and they did serve me. I would not come back, based on this experience.

Great service and great food. We?ve used My Bistro a number of times for business catering and will continue to use them. The booking process is easy, they are very friendly and accommodating, always on time and the food is amazing. Our business guests are always impressed with the beautiful lunch and the cookies are to die for. Thanks, My Bistro!
