Sego Restaurant - KANAB

Best menu in canab. delicious food. beautiful ambiente. we were very disappointed by the service. it was good until dessert. the table next to us ordered the exact same dessert, but we waited 15 minutes longer than they did, although we told the server we were in a hurry. Finally we had to ask another server if he was ready. our server has never recognized or apologised the delay. a nice meal pampered.

Nice fusion concept, beautiful intimate place and nice people, but eating was disappointing duck was excellent, roasted rice was ok, saté erdnusssauce was much too salty and ruined the court. wein is far too expensive, 12$ for a very small glass (less than 12cl) it is not worth considering a retail price of this rosé of 11.50$ per bottle.

Variety and creativity of the dishes just wonderful! loved the salmon with laeks and the flower cabbage was great all by itself! very recommended.

Sego never disappoints. We had the Walu and the foraged mushrooms and both were delicious flavor explosions for the palate. The ambiance was warm and lovely and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Sego is truly Kanab's best restaurant.

Original and tasty. The duck, scallops, fish were perfectly cooked. However as noted a few years back, most dishes are still too salty.
