Stumbled on this impressive local cafeParked to look up a local customer and noticed the cafe with lots of activity.

Omg amazing staff and food. So many selections. Kid friendly to boot. Best part is you can buy their soup frozen and take it home to have later ????

What a great find in Kamloops, was doing some business up on Laval cres and I had to wait for some merchandise so stopped in just to have a coffee but the menu looked good so I tried a sandwich, so coffee and sandwich that filled me up cost 13 dollars, and they were not skimpy on the fries, it is not fancy and it has a old school blue collar feel to the place, I will have to come back and try the homemade soups

Soups are FABULOUS; huge variety you can buy and take home!!! Quaint but a "must go to" restaurant! Open for breakfast and lunch. Great lunch specials and wonderful buffet on Friday's only.

Not fancy, but if you are looking for Home Style cooking this is the place to go. The food is always good and the staff are consistently attentive. Ask for a punch card and after "X" number of meals you get rewarded for going there. Choices for just about anyone and good value.
