Ramada By Wyndham Kamloops

We stayed at this hotel one night at the 3nd of our vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again.

The front desk assistant and the hotel assistant manager are Lyers. The hotel manager is a coward who would not return any of my phone calls or emails,even after I contacted head office. The hot tub was not working when I checked in but the front desk assistant did not Inform me about it. When I went for a soak that 's when I was aware that it wasn 't working. When I asked why it 's not working she 's says it will be working in the morning, but when I checked out in the morning the front desk manager said we don 't know when it will be fixed, we are waiting on a part . She was the only one who told the truth. The assistant manager wasn 't aware that the hot tub was not working and she also claimed that she was the manager. I stayed at another Ramada in the past and I like it,but with this cowardness and lies never again. And to let whoever reads this they block the internet like Trudeau....NEVER AGAIN...Rooms: They were dated

The rooms are basic but renovated clean tidy and very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Great place for a night or 2

My room was dirty! Blood on bathroom floor that I wiped up. Bottom of toilet was disgusting and the toilet itself was loose. Behind the bedside tables had not been cleaned in who knows how long. I took pictures and showed them to woman at front desk, she said email them to the front desk and I will forward them to head office, you should hear from someone soon. That was August 1, 2023. Have not heard from anyone, even after emailing them August 10, 2023.Needless to say, I don't recommend the Ramada in Kamloops, BC.

We were unable to make it to the hotel due the fires and the roads being shut down. They charged us anyway, leaving us with no money in the middle of the all the fires. Front desk guy hung up on us multiple times when we tried to ask to speak to a manager about this. He kept telling us to call in the morning when the manager was in. Guess what, the manager was NOT working the next day at all and he was just trying to get rid of us. Totally screwed in the middle of an emergency. Thanks guys.
