Papa Johns Pizza - Kamloops

First time ever having papa Johns was recommended by a co-worker, told us was fantastic so I though okay, not a lot of gluten free good pizza, overall was good, was a little over cooked, black and brown and could not eat sections was given a discountof some sort on the bill as it was a special of that evening or I would have rated it lower. Wasn’t told just saw it. Iusually get panago and dollar for dollar unfortunately panago is a better deal and definitely tastes better and is bigger. Sowill definitely will be heading back but try for yourself. Oh and was there a hot pepper in the box ? Is it a company thing? Itwas on the bill too a side of hot pepper??? interesting

Update my pizza is still not here. Hire more drivers. Make said hired drivers work weekend Friday Sunday. Get delivery times down. No way 2 pizzas should take 1.5 hours to get here. Brutal.

This is the best Papa John's location! They consistently serve the best pizza, and it's always cooked perfectly. There's a girl named Alex who is incredibly sweet and helpful. Even when I forget to add something to my pizza and I call in to fix it, she is always ready to assist.

The customer service was absolutely exceptional. The person working at 7:00 on Friday deserves a raise!

It’s 9:55 PM and this location refused to make me a pizza. The Dominos down the street isn’t much better, but at least they’ll still make a pizza without toppings. Bread is better than nothing. I recommend going to a different city and ordering from Pizza Pizza instead.
