Moon Wok Chinese Restaurant - Kamloops

This Chinese restaurant was so good and had gluten-free celiac options! I had the gluten-free combo (ribs, bark meat and stir fry) and did not feel sick. the gluten-free items are marked clearly on the menu and the waiter knew what was zöliakie and assured me that the kitchen took it seriously.

Food was super good. I got the gluten free combo with rice. However be so careful if you order from the valley view location. Even though same company the valley view location has made me so sick every time. So if you’re going to order Chinese do so from the tranquille location!

Definitely felt sick after eating there gluten free option

Gluten Free menu and separate items marked GF. They offer a combo plate all gluten free. The waitress noted on our order "gluten allergy". My dinner was brought out separately. The food was great! It was so good to eat Chinese food again. I had my own separate soy sauce. At the end of the meal, the waitress brought out fortune cookies and told me they were not gluten safe. Highly recommend
