Mary Brown's Chicken - Kamloops

Very many bad reviews here, I am a regular customer and so far I have never been disappointed. My Gothic elements on the menu are chicken, potato wedges, chicken teeth and engraving. The severity is really good.

I tried this place a few months after the attempt in Merritt. Quickly from a very friendly service person called Dino. The food was prepared quite quickly. Delicious chicken strips the coating was almost too crispy, but the chicken inside was still delicate. Will try something else soon.

I loved Mary Browns when it first opened in Kelowna, but this last time ordering in Kamloops was a disappointment. It was completely flavourless, either the recipe has changed or someone forgot to add any seasoning because it was very bland. On the bright side, it wasn't greasy, service was super fast and staff seemed friendly.

My tater poutine was 90% gravy and 10% cheese. Not to mention the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese.

I never leave bad reviews but come on. For some reason this place withholds dipping sauce like it's made of liquid gold. I will happily pay extra for extra sauces, but I've only ever actually gotten them like once. The food is usually good but the customer service is terrible. Everyone seems wildly inconvinienced for having to do their job and it's been like this since they opened.
