Gary's European Sausage Deli - Kamloops

If you drop off fresh game meat for processing into sausage, you dont necessarily get any, or all, of your OWN meat back. I am very particular about deboning and taking care of my game meat and dont want my beautiful clean meat mixed in with other hunters meat in one big load of sausages! If you dont mind eating 'who knows whos meat ' in your custom sausages, then take your meat to Garys. If you care about your game meat, and want to eat YOUR OWN MEAT....then take your meat somewhere else.....like I do now... This is the practice of an untrustworthy processer! But, the deli section in store is definitely worth checking out.

Called Gary's Deli to bring my first deer. There was not a lot of space but Gary's Deli somehow made it work and made some lovely pepperoni, Italian sausage and cuts. Very impressed with service, flexibility and the final product. Very nice flavor, a bit of spice and overall just really happy. Just make sure to ask for additional packaging (for small fee) for fresh sausages. Thank you Gary's Deli.
