Great service, great food, great restaurant! I'm back!

We came back from the food, everything was perfect. The pig bell was perfectly cooked and the sauces on all our dishes were incredibly spiced. Local wine selection is just a wonderful addition to a wonderful menu. Keep the excellent work Brownstone.

Loved the building and how they care. Amazing hospitality and they always keep an eye on you to find an opportunity to help you when you are in need. Prompt Service. And the food was so delicious. Winter sangria was on the spot, so the bacon was wrapped Elch Fleischloaf. The pasta in the seafood capital was so good that I felt like I was eating even though I was full. And the chocolate cake was so good with taste, texture and bitterness. Loved it with the strawberry taste on the side. A total of 10/10 without error. Really a great restaurant and great people. Edit: I wanted to try more poutines to comment on the poutins I had from here, but I couldn't find more poutins than here on another page. Best Poutine I've ever had that. Super professionals.

Another recommendation from Where to Eat in Canada, which led its course, Brownstone was a fantastic place to dinner. I had the delicious duck breast with perfectly cooked wild rice and delicious seasonal veggies. With the duck the cherry demo green was such a great taste. As a start, I had the carrot alder soup, which has exactly the right spicing to warm you on a fresh summer evening. To drink the category 4 Hurricane Tiki drink was a large tropical rum cocktail that helped cut through my pretty rich meal. The service was fantastic, very friendly and fast.

I tried the lamb and it was very delicate. Loved the potatoes that rode with them I had never tasted that before and thought it was clever! The cheesecake was pretty good, but the proportion of crumbs was off (there was much too much). Even I personally did not think it needed the ice (which did not seem very high quality anyway).
