Bamboo Inn - Kamloops

They never answered the call. drive there and the restaurant is absolutely dirty. not ordered

Only 2.5 hours later we received our order. they realize that there is personal shortage etc. but then the food should be great. not so, huh overcooked, sweet and sour was cold and ice cream simply not cut. disappointed

Slow they have not their orders in the time they give them, I then ordered hours and a half wait to tell me 45 minutes do not know if I go back

Lady, answering the phone was really rude and short with me. as if I gave up my order, it was a real inconvenience. I stopped ordering from here, giving him another chance, will not make the same mistake. eating was cold, that huh is not real? everything was quite tasteless. I don't know how this place remains open.

Almond chicken was waaaay overcooked, unedible hard as a rock soaked in grease. the chicken chowmein had processed chicken on top of it, (are thighs that expensive the beef and broccoli tasted as though the beef had sat boiling in water all day. all in all i wouldnt order again. the only good part was the rice. (pretty hard to mess up rice)
