We dropped by on our way to Revelstoke and had an excellent experience. Brody was friendly, full of energy, and very helpful. While we were sitting and enjoying our meal, I found myself thinking that I would love to offer him a job. The customer service was truly exceptional.

I had a really delicious egg breakfast sandwich. The hash browns were large and flavorful, definitely better than what I've had at other places. The coffee, however, was just okay. They did forget our coffees at first, but it didn't take long for them to arrive. Overall, it was a good experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. They messed up 2 out of the 3 burgers I ordered. They refused to replace them because I didn’t have a receipt. I called to explain the situation, and the staff told me to come in for the correct burger. However, when I arrived, another employee informed me that I couldn't get a replacement without my receipt...

We ordered 3 buddy chicken with grilled onions , Dijon sauce. It didn’t had grilled onions and god knows what kind of sauce it was having. I get it that sometimes you are short staff and it takes time but if you’re taking time then we as customers expect to get good food delivered to us. We waited for 10 mins that’s fine but our order was all messed up. You guys have got so poor reviews and I feel that the team leader or the management should look into this matter and train the employees accordingly and take responsibility for it.

Night time crew is so rude and had so much attitude. If you don't like your job why continue to work there. Spent $15 dollars, got Cold chicken strips and stale fries. A&w needs to find better workers rather then anyone who walks through the door. I've bin here many times before. The day time crew is very polite and takes pride in there job. Fire the night crew...
