The worst customer service experience I have ever had at curbside delivery. what a joke it was, I wait outside only to get hung up on and told they can't bring me my order yet because no one was available. after 20 mins I go in and get laughed at by one of the employees and the guy talking to me says its not even ready yet, I reminded him it was supposed to be ready at 5:23 which was well over 20 mins ago. A young man with short black hair said the order is here on the table. really it had been setting there and the guy didn't even know. I walked out, the young guy brought it out. as I got ready to drive away and the one that laughed at me (short person, short hair, yellow ball cap) flipped me off, yeah now that's professional customer service and I am going to share this story everyday everywhere I can until it is addressed properly.
This place has good food but it's expensive for what it is.Not a good place to feed lots of people unless you have the money.
Should have never changed your hrs. I order 3+ times a week and usually around 9- 930. If anything you guys should have stoped taking orders at 9.
Food- The pizza we eventually got was pretty good. I may have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been cut so horribly wrong. I think they started out cutting it into squares then change to wedges.Service- I have gotten pizza delivery in the past, but that's not an option any more and simply too complicated to fix online. I tried to order online and it wasn't worth the hassle. We went there to place an order in person to go. We were told 25-30 minutes. After much delay we deduced that they were having trouble with their ovens. It took well over an hour for us to get the food in our hands.Atmosphere- The two young workers seemed quite overwhelmed and the SUPER grumpy owner was there berating them loudly, talking about how much their food sucks and how his employees were lousy. They, the employees, were clearly set up to fail with faulty equipment and poor procedures. It wasn't just awkward it was unacceptable and I hope the owner loses the business to someone who treats people better.
