Bambooz Restaurant & Bar - Kalyān

I went to lunch with my family at Bambooz Lounge Bar in Kalyan. When I asked for regular drinking water, the waiter informed me that they do not serve regular water due to contamination concerns, and only mineral water is available. He mentioned that this policy was implemented due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I inquired about a water filter, but was told that one was not installed. Despite my request for regular drinking water, the waiter called the manager, Mr. Pradeep Rawat, who was rude and unhelpful. I mentioned the Supreme Court ruling that mandates all establishments to provide free drinking water, but he dismissed it and asserted that they would continue to serve only mineral water. The waiter brought mineral water to the table without the seal intact, raising suspicions about its quality. Furthermore, the restaurant failed to adhere to COVID-19 safety standards by not conducting temperature screenings, checking for double vaccination certificates, and providing clean water for drinking and handwashing.

Excellent service and tasty eating with good ambiente. is the only place where a parking space is located.

Visited this place long ago with a few friends and never went back. ambiente and everything is great. but food preparation is pathetic!

This restaurant is one of the better options in the city. The service is a bit slow, but the food is excellent. The atmosphere is nice, and they even have an outdoor section where you can dine during the winter season (as the summer weather can be very hot). They also offer lawn and banquet facilities for events of all sizes. Overall, it is a lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere and delicious food, though the service could be better. There is plenty of space available.
