Super leaks, look forward to next time

Aaaso... I'm dying for Spareribs to send it forward. But they must be good. And unfortunately, at least 80% of all providers are on the nose. This begins with meat selection and quality. Spareribs are the large parts in which the bones are scalloped next to each other at the same distance that they look like a pan joint. But as with a good, delicate steak it is crucial to know the exact point when they have to be fired. A little too long and they get dry. In 7Diner what you do. I have been coming for about a year (or are there two? regularly from HH so once a month and look forward to them every time. Once they were a bit too dry, but that can happen. It is not a convenient food from the bag, but fresh meat from the local slaughterhouse. Father and son are extremely friendly, striving and cunning in any relationship. If there's something wrong, you can say that. You always find an open ear. When I had my birthday in June and the son came along, I got a lovingly packed and personally marked bottle of wine a moment later. I was speechless. Very warm. I can't say much to others. My wife always eats the Holsteiner Schnitzel from the lunch table. This is also very tasty and cost-effective with around 7 € full in the green area. On Thursday Spareribs gets tired. I've been looking forward to it for days. And pray that between the years is not closed... continue.

I had the French pig, super delicious. Friendly service, only recommended. We'll be back.
