What reviews should I give ... It's not a hotel, it's a home for me.... i order, I cook, i plan...i manage.,. I also feel like a part of this property....it's not a hotel it's like a home.... We stayed here for a night. Snap Travels had booked the hotel for us. We were three in the family. My husband, my daughter and myself. View from the balcony is excellent. But then most hotels around can boast of the same. Hot water is available. Food is okay. Breakfast was good but the chicken we had in lunch was pathetic. It was not included in our package and we paid for it separately. So scope for improvement is there in making it more edible. Hotels are in hospitality industry, so I feel that hospitality should be the first criteria and this includes interaction with the guests. Again there's scope for improvement here.
