Bought beef fillet with potato gratin. 1. Beef tenderloin can be questioned considering all the tendons in the kitchen. 2. The meat was flattened. 3. Hard salted meat. 4. Then we come to the potato gratin 5. Very boring and sloppy tasting wheat flour. 6. The three sauces were okay. The result was an expensive and boring taste experience. No wow factor here. Boring! The large raw steak was probably one of the smallest raw steaks I 've eaten. Had to kind of ask the staff if it really was a big one. And apparently it was. Then wondered how small a little one was, but didn 't get an answer. Apart from the size, it was really good and good flavor combinations. Good range of gin and tonics. My experience from here means that I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had an experience where I found it to be a messy atmosphere and generally messy. I mention this to a waitress who is super friendly and fetches the manager. The female manager did not understand the problem at all and did not focus on the customer at all. You can also hear her yelling at her employees, disaster. I don't spend thousands of kroner and be treated like this, while she misbehaves with her staff. Totally okay restaurant! The taste of the meat was good and it was served generously with good sauce, otherwise some could be improved e.g. the herb tossed potatoes that were overcooked and the so called the tomato salad which consisted of only one halved mini tomato.
