We ordered so many different things and every single thing was absolutely delicious. The whole staff is so nice and attentive to everything. And our waitress, Mariam, was the absolute best ever. We can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend Sunnin to everyone.
I came in for a fresh summer lunch. The Fattoush salad did not disappoint. For $9 extra you can get chicken on top. The flavor was fresh and you can tell they use good olive oils. Additionally, the portion was huge easily can be split for two or saved for later. Also, I totally forgot they used this restaurant for filming for Curb your enthusiasm! My only comment to improve, bring back the maneesh!! That was such a hit!
Oh my goodness, if you're looking for a very delicious, authentic Mediterranean restaurant, PLEASE go visit Sunnin. My husband is Egyptian, and he says it's one of the best spots that makes food close to homemade. The ambiance gives the feel of the Middle East. The music, the couches with pillows(and chairs as well) are all esthetically nice and comforting. We have been pleased with our service and wait time. The waiters and waitress are very attentive. I love the stuffed zucchini, the salads, the chicken shawarama, and the garlic sauce. Their menu is pretty extensive, and they haven't disappointed.
The food was very delicious, however for those with gluten free gluten intolerance beware that Lebanese rice has vermicelli pasta in it. I suppose it could be my bad for not knowing that, but it’d be nice if they said it had pasta in the rice
The restaurant is very ordinary, and I suggest not ordering salads (byte) or grape leaves, as they are not to the taste of anyone who loves Lebanese food.
