Roscoe's Chicken And Waffles

Well, the one I went to in 2017 was on Pico Blvd where Obama had gone through. So me being me, the waiter finally gets to me and asks what he can get me. I replied Why the Obeezy Special of course! He replied: What the... who... Who dis boy? What he say? I must say; as somebody who passes for white, this was frowned on by at least one of the Black Community. Obeezy had it right though. That chicken is fire. Them fries was so good I forgot what the waffle tasted like. I assume waffle and maple syrup. Probably good waffle though. Anyways. Me and my table of honkies still talk about this to this day. I hope that guy still works there.

OMG, I stumbled upon this place which I then realized was very special. The food was great, (do the grits) The server was polite but seemingly not there for the moment. I did expect more African American staff, my sister said it is all the times . I have my souvenirs and am cool with it. Oh, the art work is awesome.

Simply amazing! The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. The best biscuits and the best gravy! The servers are awesome as well.

The food was cold and and I asked for over easy eggs and they brought them out hard be aware that they charge you for using your credit card

Dope place get the dark meat when you get the chicken and waffles and enjoy
