Mini's Ayurvedic Kitchen

Mini is the sweetest and the best when it comes to amazing, wholesome, homemade, healing Indian food. Everything that I got was absolutely amazing and I can tell she makes the food with such pure and fresh ingredients. So good!!!

I need file Mini under how did I get so lucky to get her cooking . Another phenomenal meal tonight for a bargain. An outstanding okra dish, spinach alu (potatoes) and a mung bean dish with home made naan and a pakora to boot!!

We just ordered a whole bunch of food from Mini. Delicious! My husband is Indian normally picky about Indian food, but he didn't find one thing he didn't like. Homemade comfort food (big bonus is that it's healthy) right in our neighborhood! Mini asked a lot of questions to make sure that the spice level vegetables were what we would like. It was all packaged labeled neatly. We will be ordering on a regular basis from Mini. Such a good find!

I had a nice curry, spicy eggplant, cauliflower, naan bread, raita, and rice. Everything was excellent in texture and flavor.

If you are craving exotic cuisine, you must try these homemade dishes at Mini's Ayurvedic Kitchen. I had chicken curry with brown rice, organic salad and Samosas for an appetizer. She makes it to your taste. It was just right spicy hot for me. Thank you Mini.
