M Café Melrose

Just had lunch and was treated so rudely. They made the bowl wrong three times. I asked for no corn, no soy cream bc of dietary restrictions. They brought out the bowl with corn and no beans. Did not ask for no beans. Then they re made it again wrong withno beans. Asked for the bowl I ordered and asked with beans- as it states on the menu. They were so rude, told me I asked for nobeans- which I DID NOT. Never took responsibility and had horrible attitude when they were 100 percent responsible for messingup the order. Then I overheard the chef making comments about having to remake the order and seemed annoyed. Then I heard theguy who took my order telling him it wasnt his fault. But the problem was- he did take the order wrong. It was beyond rude forany employee to treat a customer that way. It was horrific that he told me I lied about my order. Also took forever to get twoitems. Horrible customer service and rude. For a place that supposedly caters to dietary restrictions this place had no clue toeven take an order correctly and that?s unfortunate. They need to be more aware of who is working there because I volunteeredduring the pandemic handing out M Cafe food at local hospitals with the owner) and he was a lovely person?so it?s unfortunatethat his staff is so rude and unable to take proper orders. Beyond horrible lunch experience.

My fav LA joint. I come here whenever I can. In fact, i wasn't in the area, but in went out of my way to grab lunch at M and man, was I happy I did. The food and the ambiance are outstanding. The staff is always nice and the prices are decent. I alwayslove eating at M Cafe.

Met a friend here for breakfast, and wow, what an incredibly healthful environment! I ordered their Nourishing Latte (turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, date nectar, oatmilk) and Matcha Granola over vanilla chia pudding. Glad to havecaught up with a friend in such a welcoming space.

Unique, healthy and tasty food options. The Avcado Tartine was delicious as well as Macro Bowl and Tuna Burger. I love Beets, but their Beets salad a a strong seaweed taste, it was good, but not what I expected. French fíes were good also. There are somany things I want to try here, I will definitely be back. The chocolate despertó was to die for!!!

Love that they serve Greenwork organic coffee- rainforest farmworker friendly. My vegan almond pastry and almond milk cappuccino were delicious! They have a Plastic Container reuse program but it would be better if they used biodegradablecontainers. ????? There?s a Free Parking lot!
