Lucille's - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

Food is bland, and there's nothing BBQ about their meats, except the sauce on the table. Being from the south and traveling all over the US, I got a pretty good grasp to know what BBQ is. I got the two meats combo pulled pork and brisket. Pork was cold and tasteless and brisket was like corned beef with absolutely zero taste. For the side Mac n cheese which was okay, baked beans which were okay and fresh cut fries which were soggy and wrinkled. The other party got a full rack corn o nthe Cobb and mashed potatoes. The meat was okay but could have been much better. They smoked the wrack but had no flavor unless you added sauce, no rub what's so ever. The meat itself was quite tender. I had to return my two meat platter and just go with a full rack. Don't get the margarita. Lemonade was good but too much sugar so add a splash of water to it. The service was good. I'd say definitely not worth the price, possibly half. You could go to Dickies BBQ chain and be happier with the food.

Appetizers were delicious everything crispy?like Cris P Bacon ?????the cauliflower and the spinach dip and fries all yummy?which why Lucille?s oh most definitely for the Big Juicy Beef Ribs?all the food was great except the dessert that cake was a little too dry and bacon undercooked?but atmosphere there was great and meat was what he wanted!

I spent a perfect evening at the Culver City location. Kayla was so helpful and I love their team service where any of the staff is able to assist. We had the three meats, four sides, muddy water was so good. Nice quiet relaxing evening good people, good food! TV... Parking was well lit! Security present outside due to a homeless person...I think??? But inside we were grubbing ????

I ordered a 3meat dinner with Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was good,pulled pork was dry and the rib tips seemed under cooked. Only bbq taste was in the sauce.

Loved their pork rib tips, crispy salmon bites quite fun, but just little too salty.
