H2 Kitchen Bar Restaurant

With my husband, we had no idea where to go for diner so we decided to test the hotel restaurant. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised !! The service was awesome, the food was very good I had the ceviche+cheesecake and my husband the burger+sorbet and the price is also good for what you have ! Shoutout to Miguel, our waiter, extra nice and smiling! If you stay at the Loew's, this is worth the try :

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Asked our waiter where our food was after about 40 minutes, said they were having computer issues or changed printer paper so our got lost, at the 1 hour and 40 min mark we finally received our appetizer which was very good(ahi tuna ceviche) then the server returned and said our main course is about 4 minutes behind, almost 15 minutes later it showed up and was over cooked, we ordered medium rare and it came out medium well, tried asking for the manager and she never came, who I am assuming is the manager(was wearing a different outfit and was doing war inventory, short dark hair) made eye contact a couple times and I was clearly upset but looked like she quickly walked away. After the server returned and we expressed concern they took off the steak for being over cooked, not due to being delayed nearly 2 hours for entree and appetizer… after receiving no help from a manager my wife approached the front desk and let them know what occurred to which the only thing said was, that isn’t acceptable, and continued about business… this is our first night for nearly a week and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement…

Food is absolutely amazing! Drinks are absolutely amazing! You can order food at the bar or get a table. Their kitchen is open late on the weekends and I would highly recommended! We tried the crispy chicken wings, the ribeye 12 oz steak, and the signature H2 hamburger with the truffle fries! I wish I had photos, but we were so hungry A+
