Waitresses told my mama and wife their filet migion would be dry not very good hospitaly to us but every other table he had we had to ask for birthday chocolate stuff just had to ask for alot but the food was great

Food was great! Everyone in my party was satisfied. Ambience was to be expected. Service could have been better. Our server forgot that we were celebrating a birthday, which was noted on the reservation. Our server was completely clueless even after another server who stopped by and provided the full birthday service Card, Confetti, etc... We had to remind our server multiple times that we were celebrating a birthday and she still didn't do anything. It was a complete disappointment on the service side.

Even though we had a reservation we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Granted they were busy with Mother's Day, the service was good. The food was not great, everything was super salty my husband's steak was undercooked raw in the center. They did take that off of our bill. Dessert drinks were tasty.

The food was very good. Nice ambience as well. But, our server kept forgetting about us. Three times we were approached by other staff after they noticed we were looking around. Finally, when I was ready to pay the check, I had to get up and go and find our server. If our server was even a little more attentive, the overall experience would have been great.

The service was poor. The manager didn't want to seat me and my sister for my birthday because they basically wanted to close. Our reservation was set for 10 pm with a 15min grace period. When i contacted the hostess to ask about that she said if i arrived after 10:15 i couldn't be seated. I arrived at the door at 10:12. The door was locked. I pulled on the door. The manager came and told me that on order to seat me both me and my sister needed to present. Mind you we are a table of 2 not 7. So what's the difference and me sitting down and she coming when she already told me what she wanted to order. My sister arrived at the door at 10:17. While the manager was still standing in the door refusing to sit us. His exact words were “I can't hold my kitchen up for 2people” and that they close at 10. So if you close at 10, why would you allow a reservation to occur at 10 with a given 15 minute grace period. It completely ruined my birthday and my experience at this establishment.
