I don't even bother going to Portos for desserts. This is my favorite place for my go-to sweets. Their cheese rolls, tres leches, fruit tarts, cakes and so much more better. Today is Valentines Day and picked up sweets for the women and girls in my life. (Wife, kids and mother in law)I highly recommend this place, they have great options.Parking is street. Chances are the most i'll walk is within a block.

I have been coming to this bakery since 2017, and my most recent visit was my absolute final visit. Firstly, the young lady working at the counter needs some classes on customer service skills. She is always annoyed at customers. We ordered a cake SIX DAYS IN ADVANCED over the phone. Scheduled the pickup for 9am on a Tuesday. I arrived on time when they opened at 9am. Firstly, she seemed very annoyed to have a customer walk in right when they opened, and treated me like an intruder. Then when I asked for our cake, she gave me a hard time because I didn 't have a yellow slip and I had to explain to her that we ordered it over the phone. She finally pulled the cake out of the box and then I had to wait while she wrote the Happy Birthday message on the cake, which should have already been done since we ordered and paid way in advance. Here 's the final kicker, and why I will never return. As I was going to take the cake, she said make sure you leave it out for 3 hours because it is still frozen. If I pay $60 in advance for a custom birthday cake, I do not want to pick up a frozen cake from the batch of random cakes. I am ordering a cake to be made special to me. This is not the first time we received a frozen cake from this bakery, but it will definitely be the last. Not paying a high premium for bad attitude and dry cake from prior freezing. There are so many other good bakeries in the area that provide much more value for the money.

I want to take this time to thank European baking Company for the best custom cake I've ever seen not only did they do an amazing job but it tastes even better thanks guys... GO CRLTICS

Worst customer service ever! I asked for one cake and they gave a another. plus their cakes are dry.
