THE DRIVE THRU IS THE KEY. EVEN WHEN THERE IS A LINE IT MOVES FAIRLY QUICK. GREAT SIMOLE WAY TO UP UOUR PROTEIN QUICKLY. I THINK EL POLLO LOCO IS ALWAYS UNDERRATED AND LOOKED OVER. I JAM ON THE DOUBLE CHICKEN SALAD OR DOUBLE CHICKEN BOWL. GREAT…. NOW I JUST MADE MYSELF HUNGRY.

Barely any meat! I’ve been twice in the last month and the quantity for how expensive it is is horrible. Worst pollo loco.

Please pollo loco get the time right . Always come to this location it’s passing my job so it’s easy I spent about $13.05 times a week times a month maybe around $240 a month. I passed his location when I placed my order. They always asked me to wait five minutes outside because they’re never ready and I never have an issue with it. I mean you know by 908am I’m already out of there heading to my job so it worked out but today it was different an employee name Mary ready and I never have an issue with that. I mean you know by 1008 I’m already out of there heading to my job so it worked out but today it was different employee name mary and I mean I get there at 9:03 AM I’m being courteous you know I don’t wanna show up at 9 AM. I know 100% of the time they’re never ready so it’s 903 you know And The employee mary tells me to wait five minutes and I say yes but then she says no you gotta leave you gotta leave the whole place for five minutes and come back in five minutes and place your order in five minutes. Seriously so disrespectful for my time for my money out of the 1000 million places to eat in LA I choose El Pollo Loco. I love El Pollo Loco but you know what stay with mary stay with the time never been right stay with 10 minutes before opening wrong time. I don’t know Pollo Loco you disappoint me. I’m never going to any of your establishments. I’m right now heading somewhere else. I don’t know finding a new place around here. Have a great day, so disappointing to have employees asking you to leave and come back like what come back next day

I came here yesterday to purchase the 2 meal special that comes with 4 pieces of chicken which was dry and hard 2 side orders was ok 2 salads was ok 4 flour tortillas was fine and 2 churros which was like sandpaper . They must've gave me the old chicken instead of giving me fresh chicken right off the grill, they had the order in too fast so everything was cols and HORRIBLE. I don't think I'll eat at ANY EL POLLO LOCO. The grocery store has better chicken!

How can you argue with eating a healthy meal. About 7 years ago my husband and founded Salad Quest. It's not the Holy Grail but you might live longer. El Pollo takes EBT and coupons. The food is always fresh. Go before or near 11a.m. no wait. Hubby on most Sundays (family day for us) wants El Pollo I'm OK with him not wanting my cooking. Lol. Day off of cooking and dishes. Price is very affordable. Enjoy and get healthy! K
