The employee kept rubbing his nose while making my coffee. I threw it away.
I like Dunkin' Donuts and all but this location (and a few others) are apparently understaffed! It seems they have replaced humans with kiosks and don't have anyone to help you at the counter. And guess what, the kiosk doesn't take cash and not everyone has a credit card! There should ALWAYS be someone at the counter to take an order for a real Legit customer walking in who should have PRIORITY over Lazy people ordering stuff from drive through, online pickup or delivery! A note to Dunkin Corporate and Franchise owners: DON'T BE CHEAP!! HIRE SUFFICIENT STAFF AND DON'T REPLACE HUMANS WITH MACHINES! STOP SUPPORTING PEOPLE TO BE LAZY and let them drive to your locations, get out of their car and walk in like a normal human!

Place never has enough staff. 2 employees at 8am is crazy. Franchise owner needs to stop being so cheap. This is insane.
