Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't understand why the food in these restaurants are always served cold. the food over the glass is not even steaming. just sitting there cold. by the time I sit to eat it's just always disappointing. and I ask myself why do I keep coming and bringing my family to eat this cold food. I thought is was better in different restaurants but cold food is the same in all çhïpötlë stores. not wasting money here anymore.Parking: plenty

Very bad service, the people who serve you with bad enthusiasm and the chairs and tables are dirty and they only give you less than half the bowl

I ordered a chicken bowl at this location I paid $30 through door dash they didn’t put my chicken in my bowl so I went up there and they said I paid for a veggie bowl so I asked was the chicken bowl and veggie bowl the same price they refused to answer me the Hispanic workers went on to tell me they can’t make my food over Michelle and Maria who was working refused to give me the chicken that I paid for because they said I ordered a veggie bowl even though I selected chicken for my bowl and it’s the same price

There's always a line here, but it goes by fast. Hmm where do I start? First of all the place is dirty and chairs are uncomfortable. Next when you order your food they give you LESS THEN the amount they usually give at other chipotle restaurants. I had to ask them to give me extra cause they literally gave me half a spoon of rice and beans! The only good thing about this restaurant is the parking. I would do my best to avoid this chipotle at all costs!! ???
