Love the mashed potatoes n chicken white meat love gif dinner time!!

I used to love eating here but every time is getting worse and worse! Today wasn’t even busy and the two employees that were there with a face that clearly they don’t want to be there. Not even a thank you or anything just an attitude. Food…it is not what it used to be! Mac and cheese too salty. And chicken tasted bad! Sorry to say but this was the last time coming here.

Bought the ham plate for Easter, the ham was very very dry! There were no additional juices, I had asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me sweet potatoes instead. This is like the second time out of the year the ham needs to be cooked right and served accordingly. Too bad it was very very dry and just dumped on to the container. It's too bad that I didn't think of taking a picture. It just looked so unsavory. The three quarters of a chicken was a good deal.

Terrible service. The girl with the glasses made me wait for her while she finished making a salad or something before taking my order. They forgot to give me my son 's kids chocolate milk and she screamed what at me from the back of the kitchen instead of walking to the counter and saying excuse me like a person with manners. Portions were smaller, prices were higher than i remember, and nothing was very good. I used to be a big fan of Boston Market, but this was a terrible experience. I hope they all arent this bad.

Boston market sent me a coupon to buy a rotisserie chicken dinner and get one free so I found that hard to pass up so I made the order online with my app went to the store my food was ready and it was amazingly good, they even had some giant chocolate chip cookies which me and my girlfriend got one each!
