The food is excellent, and the price is appropriate for the food, the service is very poor, they asked me twice for the tip and they did not even offer us drinks, we arrived at 9.50 pm and the waiter had a negative attitude saying that he would no longer serve us ...but he asked me for the tip on 2 occasions

Went on a weekday and they had the standard option for $42 only. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the food was awesome. We got two soup bases, sukiyaki and the original spicy. We got 4 plates of meat and it was good enough for the two of us. There were a wide variety of self serve options and they were all very good. This is my first ever hot pot experience and it was great. Highly recommended if you can afford this one.

Big kudos to the Korean male anonymous manager/owner for his customer service! He is so courteous and polite. The meat is relatively good quality. The counter space is clean and organized. The space is spacious and comfortable. I wishes there was a bell to press for attention as it sometimes take a minute to wave someone down.

This was the first time to a Hot Pot place. My son and I really enjoyed our experience here. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. I recommend coming here for good food.
