The Montana Club - Kalispell

Had a great experience at Montana club. Originally chose here for the awesome club Caesar. We picked the busiest day of the year and our bartender/waiter made sure our wait was compensated for and my ladies burger came out right. Peek customer service and the food is fantastic. Shout out to Tommy!

Mother’s Day brunch! I understand it was busier than usual, but this wasn’t our best experience! Far from usual! Not sure why you would sit 2 people that are 300 plus pounds in a booth, very uncomfortable ? But we will return because past experiences have been exceptional! Thank you ? for a great service!

All was good, though I believe they also run another restaurant in town (Nickle Charlies? Same basic menu, and you pay a little more here!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN HOW THINGS TASTE AND LOOK MY SALAD DRESSING WAS NOT WHAT I ODERED SOME SORT OF CHUNKY OFF COLOR LOOKING STUFF THE GRAVY OR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GRAVY WAS ALSO CHUNKY MY HUSBAND HAD TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BAG BEFORE LEAVING NOT ALL THE STUFF WAS IN THE BAG SO NEEDLES TO SAY THIS PLACE HAS LOST IT TOUCH

I celebrated my 76th birthday with my wife here earlier this month. I used by birthday discount. I advised our server of that before we ordered. Wife and I both got the 16 oz. rib eye. About $50 each. She received a wonderful cut of beef with very littlle fat. My dish was more than 50% fat (I took the remains home and weighed the fat...8.5 oz). We have eaten at the Montana Club on special occasions for years. Never had a complaint. Until this time. Was this unacceptable cut of steak an aboration, a one time mistake or was it delivered to me because the meal was discounted 76%. I'll never know for sure but these are the facts. I'm curious....has anyone with a birthday discount on an expensive entree had the same experiance? Regardless, the Club has lost 2 longtime patrons. Unfortunate for them and for us.
