Could you please put up a bigger sign to let people know before they get out of their cars and approach a locked door? I understand that staffing is a challenge, but a sign would be greatly appreciated.
The person at the drive-thru window is unpleasant, short-tempered, and clearly dislikes their job. I have been there twice and both times our order was incorrect. The first time they gave us someone else's order and tried to argue with us that it was ours. After we convinced them to double check, they were unapologetic and made a snide comment before finally fixing the mistake. They may not need to be fired, but someone should definitely talk to them about proper customer service. If they don't enjoy their job, they should give it to someone who will do it properly. The employees at this Taco Bell drive-thru have a lot to learn about customer service, and I dread to think how they will treat customers as they get older.
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. There were only four teenagers working, and we had to wait for an hour on a Thursday night at 8 o'clock. When we finally got to the front to order, they told us they couldn't make an item that only takes 1 minute. When we got our food, they got our order wrong. We asked for sauce and only received a small amount of mild sauce.
I got the worst gastrointestinal upset I've ever experienced after I had a meal at this place. my friend is dead. we are not 100% sure that it came from eating this place, but we have a strong thought. avoid them better if they want to be on the safe side, don't look like hygiene is there.
First time in forever at Taco bell. I told the person taking my order and he was very helpful with recommendations and descriptions. I appreciated his patience!
