Mcdonald's - Kalispell

We are grateful to McDonald's for the complimentary soda for a year! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the new location and everything was fantastic. We look forward to visiting again next time.

Our favorite location is the Evergreen store. The Hutton ranch location is getting better, but still has a long way to go. The Evergreen location rarely messes up our orders, but when they do, they are very apologetic, and quickly fix any issues. JT, Robert, and one of the morning/afternoon mangers (I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she loves to see our doxie puppy) all deserve a personal shout out for they professionalism, friendliness, and expertise at their respective jobs. Thank you for always going above and beyond every single time for all of your customers. Even on our worst days, the 3 of your never fail to bring a smile to our faces. As for the rest of the staff, thank you for feeding the town with consistently darn good food and for putting up with a lot of horribly rude customers with grace and professionalism. You all deserve a raise and recognition for your hard work.

My family visits this restaurant every Sunday, and Tara is always so kind. Even if she is not our server, she takes the time to check in on us and make sure we are doing well. She truly goes the extra mile in her service.

Yes it's fast food, and I usually don't leave reviews for these restaurants; however, I wanted to say that the staff today (6/6) was so friendly and welcoming! They truly went out of their way to provide great customer service and I just wanted to leave a review to say thank you! Would definitely return to this particular location.
