I don’t often leave bad reviews but my experience was awful here. My husband and I stopped to grab a quick lunch today (10-20-24 around 1pm) and the young boy working was terrible. No customer service whatsoever. I got a blt and he put 2 1/2 tomatoes on my sub. Of course you can’t see what they are doing behind the counter like a normal subway so I didn’t know until I got home. Extremely rude and just bad experience overall. Management should speak to the boy working. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The boy making sandwiches was impatient and had a bad attitude. He only toasted my sub for 2 seconds and so it was cold. My friend didn't even eat her meatball sub. The young lady working your Sunday morning shift on 2/11/24 2/25/24 should be talked to about the definition of customer service. I would suggest sending a friend or family member who she doesn't know in to order a sub when she's working and see if they are treated as I was TWICE. Hopefully she grows out of this behavior as she progresses from job to job, as I doubt any and all future employers will tolerate it. I think all she needs is a friendly talk and she'll be fine.
