Gloria Jean's Coffees Kalgoorlie

Called for coffee and cake. Server did not get order right, although she brought it to table. It was however without spoons and sugar or forks for cake, if fact she never asked if we even wanted them with our order

Had coffee here a few times and I think it is a place I should avoid. Not that there is anything wrong with it, its just the cakes are irresistible. Coffee is very good, cakes are great, and service has also been very good

Gloria Jeans Kalgoorlie is the place to go for quality coffees. With so many amazing choices for hot and cold drinks and fresh food available all day. The customer service is exceptional, with polite and happy staff that go out of their way to make your experience wonderful. The added touch of throwing in a marshmallow or two for my toddler daughter really tops it off. Thank you ladies!

I love Gloria Jeans' iced chocolate frappes and was very happy to find a Gloria Jeans around the corner from where I'm staying. Staff are friendly and helpful, my frappe was delicious.

Good stop here .. It's been up and down over the years but lately the staff and management seem to be getting it right. Can get a bit noisy but that's most busy coffee shops. Foods ok but it's the coffee that keeps me coming back. Good quick service and seldom are there any mix ups in orders.
