A very bright pho with deep dark broth color. the broth is also light in a spicy but elegant. good meat-noodle part. good and fast service.
Pho@dickson is delicious! Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, as the interior looks quite basic from outside. Sexy calamari and the Prawn coconut curry are two favs. Will keep returning!
That is probably one of those constantly busy places. it was packed when I came in. the smoke from the kitchen spread through the dining room. I was thrilled to try her bark and it was good, but I had better. the initial taste was a little salty and the meat was not cut thin. Instead, pho is included with large discs that contain too much fat bits, at least for my lust. it was okay, but I won't be back in a hurry.
My friend and I had a request for pho, so on a Monday evening after the work we drove to dickson to pamper our demand. pho dickson is inconceivable at woolley street – if I didn't know it was there, I might have missed it. the restaurant was quiet on a Monday night and we received an excellent service.
