Delicious options for everyone, servers pleasant and friendly. Order inside and eat in or out, especially nice out before the heat of the day, amongst local flora and fauna!Rubens, with homemade soup or salad enough to share!!Tuna Melts with actual slabs of tuna on sourdough, very yummy.Good value, breakfast available to 11:00, lunch until 3:00, well, worth the drive from further afield.

This place is heaven the food was out of this world. the soup was excellent the sandwiches were huge we were able to sit outside and enjoy a leisure lunch

We found this hidden restaurant and garden while traveling through B.C wine country. So happy to find shady outdoor seating on a hot day surrounded by a fecund garden in July. Very casual counter service and setting, but the food is off the hook! Very fresh and tasty tender greens, soft bread, and great flavors. I had the Hippie sandwich, a veggie sandwich on homemade bread. Best veggie sandwich I ever had. I also ordered an Italian soda made with their own elder-flower syrup. fantastic! Highly recommend.

Frog City Café is a great way to end a day walking around Linden Gardens or just to relax with friends. The food is amazing (I recommend the soup and sandwich combo) - also the bread is baked fresh every day. I enjoy the café every time I go!

The Frog City Cafe might be a little hard to find, but it is well worth the effort. I have been back to Frog City several times over the past 6-7 years - it is always excellent. The focus of the food is soup, salads, sandwiches and desert. There is always a daily special for soup. There is also a great selection of beverages, both hot and cold. The food here is healthy - and very flavorable. There is indoor sitting, but also sitting available out doors in the garden - a beautiful setting. If you are looking for a healthy lunch of soup, salad or sandwich, this is an excellent choice. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Take a tour to Kaleden and find The Frog City Cafe - you will be pleased.
