The food is never fresh, but it was today. The fries were fresh, chicken sandwich and my burger. I'm impressed. The workers were also very polite. Incoming workers. I appreciate it. They forget the tomatoes. I really like tomato on my chicken sand
I thought it was strange that when I get extra features removed (for example, no bacon or a single instead of a double patty) there is a panic and confusion from the staff. I looked into it. The owner/franchising company DOCKS THEIR PAY if they forget to charge or mischarge items. Workers here deserve better wages and more respect from their corp. I’d encourage other patrons to draw attention to this. I’d also encourage the staff to consider unionizing.
This location is completely useless. It doesn't matter what time of day or night that you go, they won't have baked potatoes. Or any other menu item that requires a tiny bit of planning or prep. Just tried to stop for a couple Frosties, the stock room door was propped open, 2 employees were sitting on the ground chilling, and the drive thru was blocked off at the ordering screen. Lobby is always closed. Business as usual for this place. Don't waste your time.
This Wendy’s is horrible. Staff was not friendly, gave us stink eye when we asked for ketchup. No fork with the Baconator Fries, no spoon with the Frosty, no lettuce on any sandwich. The burger was dry, the chicken was tough, the fries were cold.
