The employees are so friendly and helpful I have been doing Doordash over year when i come to this store I don’t have to wait for my order they’re going really good and fast thank you so much guys for good service

First time we have been inside one since the covid shut down... First one I have found that the dining room was open. I'm not sure I like the new contactless ordering system. The menu was paired down and we found the ordering hard to follow. That being said, the food was the same quality and the shakes were still good.

Overall the food was OK. We were mostly upset that we were 'upcharged ' for certain menu items when not only did we not order that upcharge, but we were charged for it, then received nothing like what we should have. In this example, we ordered a single side of cheese cup but were charged for two. What we received was a single cup that was maybe 1/8th full. I wouldn 't be as mad, if we weren 't double charged then received a ridiculous amount of cheese sauce for $1.00 in upcharge. To be frank, I wouldn 't be as critical if the last few experiences weren 't equally disappointing. Last time we ordered take-out which was ordered online and waiting 30 minutes inside to even be acknowledged. There were zero dine-in customers, but there were also zero employees to be seen at prime lunch-service times of roughly 1 PM. There wasn 't any direction of where to even pickup our to-go order, let alone any service really until shouting into the kitchen asking if anyone were there after 20+ minutes....

It was freezing cold in there. Made it hard to enjoy our meal. And it is in january
