Finley's Grill Smokehouse Kalamazoo

I was there for my birthday. I had the main rib when it came it!... and excellent!. melted in your mouth!. I enjoyed every bite!... the happy hour is also great!. I had a cocktail and it was very good!... the whole meal was great... Service was great!... I'd come back...

That was my birthday dinner, but they didn't know that, and we had a 12oz New York steak and ribs, the steak was perfectly cooked and very delicate. I have no complaint at the place or at the food. We were there on 8/17/17. Thanks for the great food.

Today was my birthday, so we went to Finley's birthday party. Not only the food wonderful and tasty, but our server, Monica... made the time there golden. She is a wonderful person, and we are planning to go back there on 15th birthday, and we are planning to sit in her section. Thank you. Finley is spent for the wonderful meal, a great server and wonderful time there.

Finley's Grill Smokehouse in Kalamazoo MI was super helpful in planning food for our special day. They were always available to call and ask questions. We were invited to stop for a tasting and it was excellent. They also worked with us to decide quantities of food based on the amount of people invited to the reception. I enjoyed how easy it was to work with them and how fast they reacted to any question I had. They even made it super easy, other foods like sides and candy we have made ourselves to supplement the meal. We even got a beautiful wedding card from them a week or so after the wedding. I would definitely use it again.

We went on a Sunday afternoon for my husband's birthday. The food took forever to come out, but the waitress alerted us to the problem before we even realized it, and the manager discounted our meals (on top of the free birthday meal) and gave us free dessert! We were so pleased that they handled a minor problem in such a generous way. We will definitely return in the future.
