Ιππόκαμπος - Kalamata

Overall it was a lackluster experience.The service was ok, but the food was mediocre. The grilled mushrooms were bland and tasted of charcoal, the salad was overdressed, the calamari was oily... Generally the most memorable thing were the cheese fries. On top of that the P.O.S was out of order. With so many other options nearby, it s a hard sell.

Good restaurant. Service good, everything good. But the bathroom could be better (you have to turn the water on with a peddle by the way! Couldn’t figure it out). We’ve also tasted better souvlakia and tsadziki. But it was also tasty here.

Delicious authentic Greek food. Fantastic wines too!

My favorite beach side Taverne... has been here for 7-8 years... Days for a dip and ouzo/pickadilly and sometimes at night for food and relaxation.

Excellent service and very good food. Fresh fish and salads. Recommended if you visit Kalamata.
