Przekaż informację zwrotnąGood-looking coffee shop in general...acceptable quality of coffee ,but thats where the compliments end.Apparently communication between administration and the service was so bad that the service itself ended up being terrible...either you look at the behavior of the staff towards the clients or the ignorance of whether the clients needed something ,it was terrible.Not even mentioning the restroom.All these sufficiencies ended up making my experience terrible.Wont go back myself and cannot recommend to anyone.
The waiters are trying their best, but the management team are the worst. There are only 2 people working for the whole place, their behavior is bad and the payment with POS is non existent. Not cozy, not many games to play and a poor variety of beers and snacks. Don't go.
The service during match days is almost non existing. And when you say you want to pay by card, there simply is no POS terminal. You have to give them all the details of your cars which they write down in a tablet and you write your email for them to sent you the receipt afterwards! The sum was taken from a viva wallet company or something and, of course, I never received any email with the receipt. This looks quite dodgy!!
Service is unacceptable. 3 people working and most of the time just talking to each other. They would have moved us after sitting and ordering because they had reserved a table without informing us before hand. The space is nice but they allow smoking inside.
Really bad experience. Somebody has to strip their ISO away. I bought and returned a tv within that time limits. For two and a half months I did everything to refound my money. Phoned them up 20 times I went three times to the shop. They have VERBAL BOUNCERS that they tell you , we will transfer your message. That's it. Nobody phones you up, nobody is interested. Their behaviour is absolutely ridiculous. Finally I decided to send them an email every half hour. That is how I have solved the problem.
