Crescent Grill - Kaitangata

Not a 5 star restaurant, but really tasty. Staff were excellent and adjusted the menu as needed. We are vegetarians and there were few options, but everything became possible because they simply made something special for us. The bar guests did not like fancy stuff and were down to earth. For a country tavern, they really out do them selfs as the meals are great I had the beef Schnitzel and chips with mushroom gravy and it was great , 2 big Schnitzels, mate had burgers and they loved them , so others had different meals but would differently recommend, they do carter for groups , heaps of parking, the service was great , fast no order mistakes and the staff are very friendly happy , Food: 5

Great place to get good local food and drinks. Portion sizes are very large for anyone not local. Blue cod thoroughly recommended. Staff and locals are really friendly and helpful.
