Little Caesars Pizza - Kailua

I've been waiting for my order for nearly two hours. The pizza was ready, but waiting an additional ten minutes for some wings? That's just absurd! I expected them to be hot and ready, not late and cold. I only ordered two items, and this is ridiculous.

The service was extremely unprofessional. When I arrived at 8:20 a.m., the sign outside was turned off, the menu screens were off, and even the ATMs were shut down. To top it off, the pizza I received was cold. At least the Pepsi was sealed. Some employees were wandering outside, and the managers seemed disoriented. If you're planning to close at 8:20, please make that clear. Don’t state that you close at 9:00 and then inconvenience your customers. You might be getting paid for your work, but that's where it ends. It was quite disappointing.

The staff were arguing with each other, and I didn't receive the meal I ordered. They also locked the doors, preventing other customers from entering.

I had been dying for crazy bread for well over a decade and found this location. Man alive, they have a lot of new options. They had delivery and it was super fast. The crazy bread was just like I remembered and I tried the Italian cheese bread. Everything was perfect.
