Fatboy’s - Kailua

This is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots and Kailua. I am a frequent visitor and I love this place absolutely. It's fast and the food is delicious. I have tried many dishes from here, including Aloha breakfast, empty da fridge rice, Teriyaki burger, garlicries, loco moco, garlic chicken, stew. None of them disappointed! Love that some of the menu comes in mini size too. They have exterior seats that are shaded, which is also a plus. When you visit Kailua, make sure to stop here for a delicious brunch or lunch!

I don't want to think about where to order lunch or dinner. Simple and great tasting plate is this: Pau Surfpack. Come with a hot dog, chili, her garlic chicken. The chili is perfectly seasoned to add the garlic chicken. Always get the Mac salad unless you want to shave Carbs, Lol.

A tourist place to stop. Her garlic chicken is quite delicious. You have a mixture of varieties of food to choose. If you have the salad type to carb leaves to burger type and even seafood diets, they have everything. You have a wide selection of drinks to go to your food. You can sit outside under the umbrella to enjoy the beautiful weather and the breeze. Would come back for a quick bite.

This place is a hidden gem. The portions are generous with lots of flavor. The prices are affordable when you think of the food prices in Hawaii. The restaurant’s set up is a bit weird because it makes you think it’s a convenience store vs. a fast food place. The customer service was good. I have see the prior postings complaining about customer service, but the staff were nice to us. I would definitely visit them again when I go back to Oahu. Although the chicken was breaded, it wasn’t too breaded to the point were you had more bread than chicken. It was actually the opposite and the chicken was moist and tender.

Excellent food, but not the fastest service.
