Wendy's - Kailua-Kona

The lady asked questions on what our order was 3times and we got our food,she didn’t give us the right amount of chicken nuggets, no sauce when she asked what it was twice, the burger we got was extremely small for the price we paid so the service we received was horrible 0 STAR

One must be patient to order here as staff may be slow to appear!

Like it cause they have not just burgers but chili as well, so you can mix it up...

Food is good for a Wendy's, drive through employees aren't trained very well. No basic courtesy, just teenagers shoving you crumpled bags with food. No napkins, no straws, all examples of weak managers providing no training.

Don't know if it's this location or in general because we only have the one, but I feel that the quality of the burgers has gone down. Staff is always pleasant.
