This pizza restaurant is located just across the street from COSTCO. We've driven by here for three years, and just now stopped in. The pizza is thin crust, and has a great mix of flavors that are perfectly balanced! This is the best pizza we've had on the Big Island!

The best pizza on the island, without a doubt! I’ve been coming here for the past two months, and it just keeps getting better every time. Don’t waste your time at any other pizza place on the island; Big Island Pizza is the place to be!

So we touched down safely on the other side of the world. After a long day of air travel, we wanted something good and quick. This establishment was just that. We ordered a 12 Mediterranean pizza and a 8 New Yorker. Both pies were delicious. Be prepared to pay NYC or DC prices! Two individual pies were like $50! Welcome to Hawaii! The pizza was really good. It was brick oven and fresh. Reminds me of RedRock pizza back in NW DC...(try em if you haven 't already).The funny thing is that a Costco was less than three minutes away and I 'm sure we could have scored a large pepperoni pizza for $10-15 bucks even here in the expensive land of paradise. Hopefully, we will find other places to dine and we will see if their prices are consistent. Since I can 't have my most favorite pizza Sidedoor (an absolute MUST try if you 're ever in Washington DC) here on the big island, Big Island is our favorite pizza destination but not our favorite prices. The owner was pleasant, laid back and friendly. The place was small, quaint and comfy. There was a slight sunset view that can been seen from the restaurant too that was really beautiful as well.

I visited the restaurant at 6 PM and was told it would take half an hour to get my food. I returned at 6:39, and was informed that they were only doing takeout. Why do your hours say you're open until 7 PM? What's the point of being open if you can't serve customers?

What an awesome place! The pizza was amazing, and the owner and her mother were wonderful! Be sure to arrive early or call in your order ahead of time, as the owner was overwhelmed with orders and had to close up shop early.
