I recommend that corporate conduct a secret shopping visit to this restaurant. The bread was old and stale, and there were no avocados available, along with unappealing vegetables. The staff also lacked name tags. It seems that this franchisee is more focused on cutting costs with poor inventory rather than fostering a loyal customer base.

To be fair, I arrived while someone was ordering about five sandwiches, but my main issue was how the two workers seemed to go out of their way to avoid making eye contact with me or acknowledging my presence in any way. I waited for what felt like a considerable amount of time—I'm not sure exactly how long—but it quickly became evident that I wasn't going to be served a sandwich. So, I ended up leaving without any food and having wasted most of my lunch hour. I won't be returning.

Posted store hours are open till 9:00 PM. I drove up at 8:26 and the store was closed. I went a couple doors down to El Corral and ordered food. While waiting for my food and eating in the parking lot I saw 5-6 cars pull up and leave because the store wasclosed. Their was an employee inside.

They stay open very late for those who work night shifts, which I really appreciate!
