Mcdonald's - Jurupa Valley

I ordered food twice recently—once today and once about a month ago. Both times, the burgers were hot and fresh, which was great. However, the fries were a bit of a letdown; the first time they were cold, and the second time they were warm but soft. I've been taking them home and putting them in my air fryer to improve them, but they just don't taste like I remember. I understand that fast food is supposed to be quick, but if you're ordering at 2 AM, I think most people would be willing to wait a few minutes for a better meal.

I consistently receive cold, stale chicken nuggets, and they never ask for my sauce preference. They also tend to forget to include the right number of sides in the kids' meals. Come on, it's not that difficult!

I waited nearly 45 minutes for my order before I had to flag someone down to inquire about it. She informed me that it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I went to check again, only to find out that my order had actually been ready for 10 minutes.

Every time we go to this mcdonalds they manage to mess up the order. Tonight i ordered 2 cheeseburger meals with cokes. Forgot one fry and didnt make them plain like i asked and then was parked for 20 minutes. Finally left after they said i couldnt parkthere for more than 5 minutes. Horrible service and staff cant make a simple order correctly to save their life

I recently went to this location via the drive thru around rush hour (5pm) and had no issue besides the slow service. the food in my bag was warm and correct and i even saw the girl at the second window check what was inside and confirmed my order. ifthey pick up the pace on taking the vehicles orders this location gets 5 stars.
