While I was eating the flatbread, I discovered a square piece of plastic mixed in with it. It could have come from the cheese, but this is extremely hazardous and reflects a concerning lack of attention to safety and standards among the staff. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed. I would advise caution when dining at this establishment.

I visit this place frequently, and it usually deserves five stars. However, if you're going to pressure customers to tip before they've even received their service, you should at least ensure that the service is good. From now on, I won't be tipping upfront again, and I believe this shouldn't be a standard practice in this establishment or any other. It's quite rude to ask for a tip before the order has even been filled. This seems like an absurd trend to emerge in the post-pandemic world. If you're in the service industry, you should be grateful for your job and appreciative of the tips you receive. It's essential to learn how to provide excellent service or how to enjoy being served.
This is the absolute best place to eat. I work close by and go in everyday for lunch and I absolutely love it! Everyone is nice and happy and really helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Today I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla and when I received the order it was not the correct smoothie. I called and spoke to Cindy and she was kind and offered to make me a new one and I could pick itup after work. Well I went back to my office and went to eat my quesadilla and again that was WRONG. I called and spoke to Cindyagain and she said she would remake the whole order, I even told her I would bring everything back to show I was being truthful.She said it would be ready by 3:30. Well I went back at 3:35 after I got out of work and no order was ready. I was not mad atCindy for this but the two men who were working told me they could ONLY remake my smoothie since they were new and did not knowhow to make food. Well for me, that is unacceptable. If you are going to have staff on shift (and the restaurant was packed) atthis exact moment, they SHOULD be able to know how to make food not just smoothies. I asked for a manager and was told he wouldbe in the establishment within the next twenty minutes. Well, I am sorry but that did not work for me as I had a class to get towithin the next fifteen minutes. So here I am out of $20 from the smoothie and quesadilla I ordered and never received thecorrect or full order. I am asking a manager at this establishment to reach out and provide a refund as I did not receiveeverything I paid for and I even brought back the incorrect items to show. This entire experience has me telling my entireemployment what happened so they are not to order from here moving forward and we literally order from there very frequently.Again I am not mad at the original person I spoke with because she was kind enough to offer to remake it but I am more upsetwith the fact that you have two new employees working alone with no supervision or how to make food when your establishment waspacked with customers along with a customer expecting to get what was promised to her.
